The following two sites run using the same custom CMS software. I have been working with these sites for over a year. I did not develop the initial software, but took over development when the original developer stepped away from the project.

WebWeaver – I developed this site from scratch. It consists of a search engine/directory, which allows web masters to submit and edit their site entries and full administration back-end for the site owner.
